Mr. Pang Teen Cheang is the Business Development Manager cum Regional Head where he is responsible in business development in all the aspects from establishing relationship with banks for outsourcing license to building rapport with developers & real estate agencies for business referrals and manages company’s growth.

Born in 1984, Mr. Pang had his early education in Sekolah Menengah Chong Hwa, Kuala Lumpur and was graduated from University of Queensland, Australia with Bachelor’s Degree major in Marketing and minor in Economics. Also, attended numerous management development courses and programs over the years.

Mr. Pang started his very first job as Mortgage Sales Officer in Standard Chartered Bank and where he found his career should begins from this industry and so he has spent at least 14 years in the same industry till date. He was one of the achievers in Standard Chartered Bank where he was the Champion in FY05/06 for total loan execution and also achieved annual company trip to Japan and Hong Kong, it was just some of the achievements to be named.

After 2 years of career developments in Standard Chartered Bank, Mr. Pang decided to look for new challenges and took up a new position as Assistant Manager Mortgage Sales in Hong Leong Bank. He continued to achieve flying colors results even in new environment, to name a few: recognized Top 5 ranking in nationwide for FY07/08, recognized 1st Runner-up in nationwide for FY08/09 & FY09/10. He also achieved those annual convention trips to overseas during these years.

Later, RHB Bank head-hunted Mr. Pang over as Sales Manager in Mortgage Sales Department. He built the sales team from scratch, from only 4 sales staffs to 13 sales staffs in only 3 months and the number growth is 500% from RM3 million acceptances a month to RM20 million acceptances in the same period of time.

After a year spent in RHB Bank, Mr. Pang had involved in establishing outsource businesses in mortgage housing loans. Hence, he decided to resign & exit from his comfort zone and worked full-time in outsource financial planning firm. Whilst, in Great Vision Group, working in an one stop financing solution platform, we are able to provide professional advises to consumers & real estate agents on mortgage & SME financing packages & customers’ eligibility before engage into any deal and also on how to save interest yet being protected with risk management in a more cost effective & cost efficiency way. Although working in a total different environment from banking with 9am-6pm, it has never stops Mr Pang in achieving greater heights from year to year where he was the Champion in SME Financing for Great Vision over hundreds of consultants in 2016 and consistently the foreign trip incentive qualifiers for the years
